Guitar Shed runs on a wide-variety of computers and operating systems. Before purchasing this software, please refer to the minimum system requirements below, and test the free Demo on your own computer first. Some system-specific features may only be available on one operating system.

Macintosh:
‥ Any Macintosh computer running OS X 10.2 or later (Including Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger).
• QuickTime 6 or later (QuickTime 7 required for song slow-down without pitch change).
‥ At least 20 MB of free hard disk space recommended.
‥ 64 MB RAM or more is recommended.

Guitar Shed is now a fully "Universal Application". This means that you can run it on your newest Intel-based Macintosh, or your older PPC-based Mac...full speed ahead!

Windows:
• Any Windows computer running Windows 95, 98, or XP (Also runs on the upcoming Windows Vista).
• QuickTime 6 or later. (QuickTime 7 required for song slow-down without pitch change).
• At least 20 MB of free hard disk space recommended.
‥ 64 MB RAM or more is recommended.

If you don't currently have it installed, you can easily download QuickTime 7 for free.
